DX I've had my Kindle for almost a month and thought the cover was very well designed. But yesterday I found a small nodule in the case of Kindle on the upper end and a small crack. Unlike the experience of others who have commented on this topic, I have the same excellent customer service I have ever received from Amazon. They said it was a known problem and overnight me a new Kindle. They said that the cover has been redrawn. So I'm waiting to see if they come with something new., Kindle DX is a heavy unit.
